CID police nab four high profile suspects, recover arms

Karachi: In a major operation conducted in the wake of targeted killings in Karachi, the CID police apprehended four alleged high profile criminals.

According to SSP CID police,Aslam Chaudhry, the raid carried out in Macchar Colony,Gulberg and Samanabad areas recovered three hand-grenades, two Triple-2 rifles, two TT pistols and a snatched truck.
Two of the suspects, namelyNoor Muhammad, KhalidMehmoodLiaquat Ali andYaqoob Bangali belonged to the Waliur Rehman group of banned TTP. They were reportedly involved in attack onNato containers and attacks on security forces in Waziristan. The other suspects had their involvement in more than 50 dacoities in the city.
