Punjab University Pedestrian bridge collapses as truck hit it

LAHORE: An over-head pedestrian bridge collapsed as a truck hit it near the Punjab University in Lahore.

Rescue sources said that the bridge came down as a trailer hauling heavy machinery that exceeded 16-feet height hit it. They said that truck driver sustained injuries in the incident.
