The leadership summit will be being graced by head of the states, foreign ministers and military heads of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Turkey. The summit will officially start at12pm Pakistan Time. Earlier, Turkish president Abdullah Gulwelcomed the distinguished guests at the summit.
