Malik warns marchers of operation

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik has warned Dr Tahirul Qadri of targeted operation if the long march is not called off by Thursday.

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik has warned Dr Tahirul Qadri of targeted operation if the long march is not called off by Thursday. However, Malik made it clear that no Lal Mosque like operation would be carried out against the marchers. “I warn marchers to return by tomorrow,” he added. He said that the security forces have many ways to tackle the situation. Malik said that Qadrishould go back for the sake of children, women and elderly.
