ڈیرہ غازیخان (شفیع الرحمن سے)حکومت کی طرف سے سی این جی پمپس کی تا حکم ثانی بندش کےخلاف عدالت نے حکم امتناعی جاری کردیا ، سول جج ذوالفقار رباری نے سوئی گیس حکام کو 21جنوری کو عدالت میں طلب کرلیا ۔ تفصیلات کے مطابق حکومت کی طرف سے ڈیرہ کے 16سی این جی پمپس کو تا حکم ثانی غیر معینہ مدت کےلئے بندکردیا گیا تھا جس پر سی این جی پمپس مالکان کی ضلعی ایسو سی ایشن کے صدر چوہدری اطہر نے عدالت میں رٹ پٹیشن دائر کرتے ہوئے موقف اختیا ر کیا کہ انہوں نے سی این جی پمپس کی تعمیر پر کروڑوں روپیہ خرچ کر رکھا ہے مگر اس کے باوجود حکومت انہیں غیر اعلانیہ طور پر بند کرنے پر مجبور کر رہی ہے اور ڈیرہ کے پمپس گذشتہ 25 روز سے بند ہیں لہٰذا انہیں کھولنے کے احکامات جاری کےے جائیں عدالت نے سماعت کے بعد سوئی گیس حکام سے جواب طلب کرتے ہوئے انہیں 21جنوری کو تمام ریکارڈ پیش کرنے کا حکم جاری کیا اس دوران تمام ضلع بھر کے 16پمپوں کو چلانے کی اجازت دیتے ہوئے حکم امتناعی جاری کردیا ۔اس دوران سی این جی پمپ اونرز نے صحافیوں سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے بتایا کہ انہوں نے سی این جی پمپ لگانے پر کروڑوں روپے خرچ کےے اور وہ سالانہ حکومت کو اس مد میں لاکھوں روپے ٹیکس ادا کرتے ہیں اس کے باوجود ان سے زیادتی کی گئی اور بندش کی وجہ سے وہ نہ ہی بینکوں سے لیا ہوا قرضہ واپس کر سکتے ہیں اور نہ ہی ملازمین کو تنخواہوں کی ادائیگی کی سکت رکھتے ہیں انہوں نے بتایا کہ ہم نے اپنے بیشتر ملازمین کو ملازمت سے بر طرف کردیا تھا کیونکہ ہم انہیں تنخواہیں نہیں دے پا رہے تھے انہوں نے بتایا کہ ہم حکومت کی طرف سے ہفتہ وار لوڈ شیڈنگ کے پروگرام پر بھرپور تعاون کرینگے اور لوڈ شیڈنگ کے دنوں میں سوموار سے بدھ تک سی این جی پمپس نہیں کھول
